We are looking for a MDS coordinator with experience in annual, quarterly, 5 day, 14 day and other Medicare assessments in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations for a 116 bed facility in the Denver Metro Area.  Must work well in a team environment be able to multi-task, and work closely with residents and families. Experience preferred.
