We are seeking a VP of Operations for Multi-State Nursing Home Company who knows how to successfully manage and motivate their team.  You will be responsible for driving the overall coordination, functional management and leadership for all related activities for this fast-growing, multi-state chain of skilled nursing homes and will report directly to the COO.

Requirements:

Must have had direct oversight responsibility for 30+ skilled nursing homes in multi-states

Must fully understand Medicare, Medicaid, Budgets and P&L's

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with equally strong listening skills

Must have strong computer utilization and reporting skill set
