Description

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving the overall coordination, functional management and leadership for all of the sales and community outreach related activities.  The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsibility for the establishment and execution of weekly, monthly and annual occupancy objectives.
  • Coordination with the Chief Operating Officer to establish both market and target business development strategies.
  • Indirect supervision of the team leaders for all Wisconsin and Illinois based communities.
  • Monitoring the daily, weekly and monthly operating occupancy levels for all communities.
  • Responsibility for leading the sales team in the attainment of sales and occupancy objectives.
  • Assisting with recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, and career development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of direct healthcare sales experience with strong leadership skills with customers, employees and clinical professionals.
  • Has successfully managed and motivated both an in-house and field based sales force.
  • Has successfully managed sales territories with readily quantifiable results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with equally strong listening skills.
  • Strong computer utilization and reporting skill set.
  • Extreme team player who is willing to develop the individual talent and growth of the sales force.
  • Trending and analyzing lead generation, tours and sales conversion statistics and providing in-services where needed.
