We have a new job opening for a Regional Director of Rehabilitation near Little Rock, Arkansas.  The company employs a dedicated staff of professionals who are committed to enhancing each resident’s quality of life in an ethical, sensitive, and caring manner.  As the Director of Rehab you will be called upon to oversee clinical and operational activities for the rehabilitation staff in Arkansas.  

This position is open to candidates possessing a current RPT, OTL, or SLP license.  A minimum of 3 years experience a Rehab Director / DOR in a skilled nursing facility and the ability to travel freely throughout the state is required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Facility Rehab Directors / Staff
• Compliance and Quality Control
• Customer Relations
• Staff management and development
• Meeting financial objectives
