Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Services Department.  Assist the Director of Nursing in overall operation of the Department in accordance with Company policies and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care.

The Assistant Director of Nursing focus is: support of DON, restorative programs, wound care, weight monitoring and some daily audits.  This position works in conjunction with the Staff Development Coordinator and the Evening Unit Manager.  On call coverage is expected every 3rd weekend.
