We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Director of Staff Development in a dynamic long-term care center located in Fullerton, California.  The DSD ensures current licensure of facility staff, provides appropriate in-services, maintains employee education and certification files, and tracks employee health issues.

The chosen DSD will encourage the personal well-being and professional growth of all employees while ensuring current training and continuing education for the nursing team.  Prior experience as a DSD required.
