Director of Nursing Southern Idaho Geriatric Psychiatric Hospital
Sanner & Associates an Executive Recruiting Firm specializing in the placement of Professionals in the Long Term Care Profession has a great opportunity for a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team of a Geriatric Psychiatric Hospital in Southwest Idaho! The Director of Nursing is responsible:
1. To provide supervision for the nursing staff
2. To evaluate psychiatric nursing care of patients
3. To provide mandatory in-service training to all staff
4. To ensure regulatory compliance
5. To maintain adherence to company policy and procedures to ensure patient and family satisfaction with the treatment process.
Education Requirements:
· Masters Degree in Psychiatric Nursing or;
· A BSN working on a master’s degree in nursing with clinical and collegiate coursework in psychiatry or;
· A BSN with clinical and collegiate coursework in psychiatry
