Requirements Qualified candidates will have the following; please do not apply if you do not meet these qualifications:

- Must have current Nursing Home Administrators License (preferably Kentucky)
- Must have 2+ years recent experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Good survey history with turn-around experience
- Must have a strong understanding of state and federal laws and Medicare regulations that govern Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Strong understanding of budgets and financials
- Experience managing and mentoring teams with a hands-on attitude
- A commitment to seniors, a high energy level and the ability to handle multiple priorities
