An excellent opportunity has recently opened up in the Longmont, CO (Area) for a top notch Nursing Home Administrator. Our client is looking for an experienced, dynamic person to lead the team at one of their facilities.
 
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Administrator with a passion for making a difference in the life of residents and a proven track record of excellence. Must have NHA licensure in good standing, plus 2 years SNF experience. Candidate will also have extensive experience with Medicare, Medicaid, & census development, as well as, excellent customer service, successful employee relation skills, and a desire to go beyond expectations. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Overall operation of the facility
  • Upholding quality of care standards
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing census development
  • Providing strategic direction for facility
  • Maintaining employee satisfaction
